Fitness Hub
Fitness Hub is a Fully Responsive Multi-purpose WordPress theme. This theme is an ideal one for any kind of fitness houses or gym club.
Theme Installation
From WordPress Dashboard Appearance > Themes
- Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
- Go to the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- Click Add New.
- Upload the Zip file of Fitness Hub
- After Installing the theme Click Activate button
FTP Installation (alternate method)
- Use your FTP software to browse to wp-content/themes folder.
- Extract fitness-hub.zip and upload the folder.
- Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Appearance > Themes.
- Click the Activate link.
Recommended Plugin
Dummy Data
Before importing the demo content. It is required that you install necessary plugins. They are:
1. Acme Demo Setup
2. Advanced Import
Then you can follow the path below:
- Dashboard > Appearance > Demo Import
- Click on Get Started and a page will appear with a thumbnail image of the demo design.(There can be more than 1 demo design in some themes)
- Hover over the image and click on Import
- Then in few minutes the demo will be imported in your site and you can visit your site now.
Note: We recommend you to import demo data on a new installation.
Adding Pages
Adding a new page is the same way as default WordPress installations, however, there are extra options that might need explaining.
Usually, each page has content and featured image. You can enable Excerpt Field
too. Feature Image and Excerpt Fields are used in the Widget and Sliders.
- Go to Admin Panel
- Go to Pages > Add New
- Give the title of the Page
- Write the content of the Page
- Scroll down and see the right corner, you will find the Set Featured Image section
- The theme use Slider Content and most of the Widget Content from the Excerpt Field
Note: This theme has been tested with Gutenberg editor and is highly compatible with it. So, you can use the awesome features of Gutenberg.

This theme can fully customize from the Customize section. To customize the theme, Go to Appearance > Customize. You will find the various options related to the theme.
You can add as many pages as you want. Later you can select the added page in the Slider and Widgets as their components.
Home Page/Make Home Page as Demo
If you want to create Home/Front Page similar to the demo but without importing demo content, you can follow the following procedure.
1. Install Theme Fitness Hub
- Go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Themes > Add New and search theme Fitness Hub
- Click on Install and then Activate
2. Create Page for Home and Blog Page
- Go to admin panel > Pages > Add New
- Give the title of the page(Example: Home Page)
- Click on Publish to publish the page.
- Create another page(for Blog), follow the above page creation method.
3. Set Homepage and Blog page
Please set home page and blog page with the following procedure.
- Go to admin panel > Settings > Reading
- Click on “A static page (select below)”
- Set Front page: (Home Page recently created above)
- Posts page:(Blog you recently created)
4. Theme Customizer
After setting the Front Page and Blog page. Go to Appearance => Customize, all available theme options are here.
5. Adding Home/Front Page Other Sections like About Section, Count Down Section, Gallery Section, Schedule Section, Speakers Sections, FAQ Section, Testimonials Sections, Blog and News Sections, Contact Sections.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Home Main Content Area
- Check the available widget/sections and add it to Home Main Content Area
- The Theme Custom Widgets are Prefixed with AT
- After adding a widget on check for available options in the widgets
- Most of the widget use Page, while adding Widget, don’t forget to add title, content, excerpt, Feature Image and Feature Icon on the Page
- You can add any Widget available there, drag, drop, reorder and remove widget as you want
Theme Options on Customizer
When you go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize. , there you will see various options available to customize your site. Just try those options one by one you will able to understand how the theme works and can create any kinds of sites.

Home Page Setting
This section helps you to set the front page and blog page.
It is the same setting ( Settings > Reading )
Site Identity ( Logo, title, and tagline )
- From Customize, go to Site Identity
- You will get the options to manage Site title, tagline, and logo.
- Use the available options to customize the logo, site title, and tagline.
- If the preview is fine Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Header Options
Header Options includes Header Top, Menu Options, Header Images and Popup Widget options with individual setting etc. It includes the followings:
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Header Options
Header Top
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Header options >Header Top
- You can choose different kinds of header options here.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Menu Options
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Header options >Menu Options
- You can choose different kinds of options for the menu here.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Menu Position
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Header options >Menu Position
- You can choose different kinds of header options here.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Header Image
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Header options >Header Image
- You can choose or put images for header here.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Popup Widgets
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Header options >Popup Widgets
- You can choose or put popup images here.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Featured Section Options ( Feature Slider and Feature Info Section )
You can add beautiful Feature Slider with Feature Info on the Front Page. Feature slider also includes the ability to add Count Down Timer. It has the following options.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options
Enable Feature Section
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options > Enable Featured section.
- Checked on Enable Featured Section
- Featured section will display on Front/Homepage
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.
Featured Slider Selection
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options > Feature Slider Selection.
- Select the pages for the slider Items.
- If the preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” to save the changes.
- Title, Excerpt and Featured Image of each selected page will appear as a slider content and Image.
- Check all the available options to manage the slider section.
- You can make the responsive image or full-screen background image from the available options.
- If the preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Home Main Content Area
Home main content area is special Home Page Sections from where you can add the available widgets to make the site as our demo page or even better.
- Go to Appearance > Customize >Home Main Content Area
- Add the necessary widgets from the available Widgets
- Especially use necessary widgets with AT prefix
- If you add the Widgets on Home Main Content Area, it will appear on Home Page Section.
- Drag up or down to manage the position of Widgets
- After adding/editing them, don’t forget to click ‘Save & Publish’ button at the top.
Footer Options
Footer Options will help you to change the copyright text, Social icons or Footer menu on footer sections.
Footer Background Image
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Footer Options > Footer Background Image
- Change the options you desire
- If the preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Bottom Copyright Section
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Footer Options > Bottom Copyright Section
- Change the options you desire
- If the preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Layout Design Options
Layout Design Options help to change the overall layout of the site including Front Page Content, animation, the sidebar for Frontpage, Archive and Inner pages, Colors, Blog and Single Image size, Background image etc.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option
Front Page Content Options
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Front Page Content Options
- Check to hide the front page content of home page.
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Button Design
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Button Design
- You can update the button designs here.
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Animation
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Animation
- Check this to disable overall site animation effect provided by theme.
- This will not disable the slider animation, Slider has its own options for Animation, Check Feature Section options
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Default Post Page Sidebar Layout
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Default Post Page Sidebar Layout
- Select the sidebar from the available drop-down option.
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Front/Home Front Sidebar Layout
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Home Front Sidebar Layout
- Select the sidebar from the available drop-down option.
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Category/Archive Sidebar Layout
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Category/Archive Sidebar Layout
- Select the sidebar from the available drop-down option.
- If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Default/Blog Archive Layout
This option helps to select featured image size, Read More text and overall blog/archive/search layout.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Default/Blog Archive Layout
- Check the image options and read more options.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Color
This version has 5 different color options. Check the available color options and select the required color for you.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Color
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Advanced Color
This option lets you add more advanced color to your site.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Advanced Color
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Background Image
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Background Image
- Select the image for your site background.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Single Post Options
Single Post options include the following features:
- Single Header Title
- Feature Image Option
Single Header Title
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Single Post Option > Single Header Title
- You can update Singe Post header title here
Feature Image Option
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Single Post Option > Feature Image Option
- You can update the feature image here

Breadcrumb
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Breadcrumb Options
- Check to Enable Breadcrumb to enable it.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Search
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Search
- Enter the suitable search placeholder.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Social Options
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Social Options
- Enter the social link and select the icons for the respected links. Use search features there.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Menus
Menu options lets you choose and various pages in the menu located at different sections. It has the following options:

- Top Menu
- View All Locations
Footer Menu
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Menus > Footer Menu
- You can update title and locations for the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Primary Menu
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Menus > Primary Menu
- You can update pages in the primary menu
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Top Menu
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Menus > Top Menu
- You can update title and locations for the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
View All Locations
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Menus > View All Locations
- You can update title and locations for the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Widgets
Widgets let you add and update some extra feature on your site like pages, text, images etc. It includes the followings:
- Footer Column One
- Footer Column Two
- Footer Column Third
- Footer Column Fourth
Footer Column One
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column One
- You can update widgets in the first column of the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Footer Column Two
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column Two
- You can update widgets in the second column of the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Footer Column Third
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column Third
- You can update widgets in the third column of the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Footer Column Fourth
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column Fourth
- You can update widgets in the fourth column of the footer.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
Additional CSS
Additional CSS lets you update the outlook of the site by adding more CSS to the theme.
