Medical Circle Pro

Medical Circle Pro is the premium version of Medical Circle which is free version on WordPress themes. For the additional features and functionality, you can use Medical Circle Pro. This Theme well suited for hospital, nursing home, general clinics, medical store, dental, pediatric , gynecology, veterinary clinics, pediatric and overall medial websites as well as personal portfolio sites for dentists, doctors, surgeons, gynecologist, general therapist and all medical sector people.

Theme Installation

From WordPress Dashboard  Appearance > Themes

1. Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
2. Go to the Appearance panel, then Themes.
3. Click Add New.
4. Upload the Zip file of Medical Circle Pro
5. After Installing the theme Click Activate button

Note: After the theme purchased, you can find the theme on My Account page.

FTP Installation (alternate method)

1. Use your FTP software to browse to wp-content/themes folder.
2. Extract medical-circle-pro.zip and upload the folder.
3. Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Appearance > Themes.
4. Click the Activate link.

Recommended Plugin

• Page Builder by SiteOrigin
• Contact Form 7
• WooCommerce (Only for eCommerce Site)
• Acme Demo Setup (Check Plugin Recommended Tab)

DummyData

Before importing the demo content. It is required that you install necessary plugins. They are:
1. Acme Demo Setup
2. Advanced Import

Then you can follow the path below:

• Dashboard > Appearance > Demo Import 
• Click on Get Started and a page will appear with a thumbnail image of the demo design.(There can be more than 1 demo design in some themes)
• Hover over the image and click on Import
• Then in few minutes the demo will be imported in your site and you can visit your site now.

Note: We recommend you to import demo data on new installation.

Adding Pages

Adding a new page is the same way as default WordPress installations, however, there are extra options that might need explaining.

This theme is specially build for medical and corporate purpose. Usually each page have content and featured image.  Featured image will display on front page, in single page.

Adding Featured Image

1. Go to Admin Panel
2. Go to Pages > Add New
   
3. Give the title of the Page
4. Write the content of the Page
5. Scroll to down and see the right corner, you will find the Set Featured Image section

This theme can fully customize from the Customize section. To customize theme, Go to Appearance > Customize. You will find the various options related to theme.

Home Page/Make Home Page as Demo

Note: This steps is for the manual setup. If dummy data is installed, it will automatically make the site as  demo.

Are you wondering about how to create home page as our demo ? Here we are going to present you how to make home page as demo. Please just follow the below procedure to make it. It’s simple to create home page.
1. Install Theme Medical Circle Pro

• Go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Themes > Add New and upload medical-circle-pro. zip(If activated already, skip this step)
• Click on Install and then Activate

2. Create Page for Home and Blog
You need at most two pages, one for Home and another for Blog, to make like demo. Please follow this below steps to
set home page.

• Go to admin panel > Pages > Add New
• Give the title of page(Example: Home Page)
• Click on Publish to publish page.
• Create another page(for Blog), follow the above page creation method.

3. Set Home page and Blog page
Please set home page and blog page with following procedure.

• Go to admin panel > Settings > Reading
• Click on “A static page (select below)”
• Set Front page: (Home Page recently created above)
• Posts page:(Blog you recently created)

4. Preview front page
View the front page, the featured section(Slider Section) will appear. To change the slider,

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured Section Options > Feature Slider Selection
• Select Pages and add new pages for added slider.
• Or choose the other options for slider as well. (Recent Post, Category, Custom or Third Party)

5. Section below the slider
Are you wondering how to add the section below the slider ? It’s simple, please follow the below process:

• Go to Appearance > Widget
• Add the available widget (Example AT About Section) on “Home Main Content Area”
• Look here to know how to make About Section.
• Use the available options of the Widgets
• View the home page, you will find the about section there.

6. More section on Home Page
If you need more section on home page, just add the available widget there on “Home Main Content Area”
You will find the others section below.

• Make Team Section On Home Page.
• Make Testimonial Section on Home Page.
• Follow the same process for other sections as well.

Static Front Page

This section helps you to set the front page and blog page. If you already set on Settings > Reading, you don’t need to set it again.

Site Identity ( Logo, title and tagline )

• From Customize, go to Site Identity
• You will get the options to manage Site title, tagline and logo.
• Use the available options to customize the logo, site title and tagline.
• If preview is fine Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Header Options

Header Options includes Social Options, Menu Options, Notice Options, Header Images etc.

• From Customize, go to Header Options
• Check all the available options on that section.
• If preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Slider Section

Medical Circle comes with infinite number of slider. You can select the required number of pages for the slider items.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options

Enable Slider

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options > Enable Featured section.
• Checked on Enable Featured Section
• Featured section will display on Front/Home page
• If preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” button to save the changes.

Featured Slider Selection

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options > Feature Slider Selection.
• Select the pages for the slider Items.
• If preview is fine, click on “Save & Publish” to save the changes.
• Featured Image of each sub page will appear as a slider image.
• Check all the available options to manage the slider section.
• You can make the responsive image or full screen background image from the available options.
• If preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Featured Column Section (Section below the Slider)

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured section options >  Featured Column Selection
• Select the page from dropdown for Select Page for Feature Column 1, Select Page for Feature Column 2 and Select Page for Feature Column 1
• Set the respected color for that sections.
• If preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Home Main Content Area

Home main content area is useful to make the home page like our demos. Add the available widgets on this widget area to make the site as our demo page.

• Go to Appearance > Customize >Home Main Content Area
• Add the necessary widgets from the available Widgets
• If you add the Widgets on Home Main Content Area, it will appear on Home Page Section.
• Drag up or down to manage the position of Widgets
• After adding/editing them, don’t forget to click ‘Save & Publish’ button at the top.

Footer Options

Footer Options will help you to change the copyright text, social icons, manage settings on footer sections and more.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Footer Options 
• Check Full Width Footer and Bottom Copyright Section for more available options there.
• If preview is fine, click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Layout Design Options

Layout Design Options help to change the overall layout of site including sidebar, animation, Front Page Content, Colors and Background image.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option

Animation

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Animation 
• Check this to disable overall site animation effect provided by theme.
• If preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Front Page Content Options

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Front Page Content Options
• Check to hide the front page content of home page.
• If preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Default Post Page Sidebar Layout

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Default Post Page Sidebar Layout
• Select the sidebar from the available dropdown option.
• If preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Home Front Sidebar Layout

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Home Front Sidebar Layout
• Select the sidebar from the available dropdown option.
• If preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Category/Archive  Sidebar Layout

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Category/Archive Sidebar Layout
• Select the sidebar from the available dropdown option.
• If preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Default/Blog Archive Layout

This options helps to show/hide featured image and help to change the Read More text via customizer.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Default/Blog Archive Layout
• Check the image options and read more options.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Color

This free version have 5 different color options. Check the available color options and select the required color for you.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Color Options for Advanced and Basic
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Background Image

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Background Image
• Select the image for your site background.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Theme Options

Theme options includes the following features:

• Breadcrumb
• Search Placeholder
• Appointment form
• Social Options

Breadcrumb

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Breadcrumb Options
• Check to Enable Breadcrumb to enable it.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Search Placeholder

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Search
• Enter the suitable search placeholder.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Appointment Form

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Appointment Form
• Check the options there on the form.
• You need to add the Contact Form 7 shortcode for the appointment form.
• Install and activate the contact form 7 and copy it shortcode and put it on the field.

Social Options

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Social Options
• Enter the social link and select the icons for the respected links. Use search features there.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

How to add Video on place on Featured Image?

This theme provides the feature for using video instead of featured image for single page. It is easy to embed your youtube video on your post.

• Create a new post or edit the old post.
• Below the featured image section, you will find the Featured Video section.
• As mentioned there, put your video id after ‘embed’.
• Example: https://www.youtube.com/embed/tyFzhpyHnUI
• Just change the id ‘tyFzhpyHnUI’ with your own video id of youtube.
• If you want to replace the featured image by video then check on Replace Featured Image In Single Post.
• If you need auto play check on Autoplay Video.
• Click on Publish or Update button above.

How to visible Excerpt Section on Pages & Post? 

1. Go to Pages > Add new or Edit the page
2. View at the top, you will see the screen options
3. Click there and Checked on Excerpts
4. After that Excerpt will visible. Please scroll to down to see it.
